Once shipped, domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note that transit times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as custom-made, personalized, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
